Com Joby was the Joint Secretary of Thamarassery SFI area committee. During SFI district Campaign Jatha on 1992 July 15th, KSU-MSF activists began to throw stones over him. They continued to attack him even after he fell down. Their gang attacked other ones who carried him to hospital. Their attack was suspected to be a planned one.
His martyrdom is an inspiration to everyone who guided with the desire to revolt against the right-anti progressive gangs
Memories of our brave martyr is our inspiration to break away all barricade put in our way in our struggle against these communal forces.
